Track your order

If you have placed an order with us, you can track your package after 2 working days via Track and Trace . This way you know exactly when your order will arrive.

What is the shipping time?

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Netherlands and Belgium Shipping time: 7-10 working days from Monday to Friday.

Total time until package is delivered: 8-13 business days, Monday to Friday.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

What are the shipping costs?

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase. To do so, please contact our customer service directly and state your order number.

What happens if I submit a cancellation request after 30 minutes?

If your request is submitted after the 30 minute period, the order will be processed and cancellation will no longer be possible. You will have to wait for the delivery and follow our return procedure.

I am missing some products in my order, how is this possible?

Because we work with different suppliers, it may happen that products are shipped separately.

If any products are missing, you will usually receive them after 2 to 3 days.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of the cases, the order is delivered on time by the delivery service. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that your order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order here .

If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Can I track my order?

That is certainly possible! We ship all orders with a Track & Trace code. You can track your order via the ' Track & Trace ' page on our website.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will also receive the Track & Trace link via email.

Please note: It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

I will not be home during delivery, what now?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be kept by the parcel courier company for 7 days.

You will receive a notification of this, provided with the pick-up location. You must pick up the package within 7 days to prevent it from being returned to the distribution center.

Wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

Therefore, take immediate action Please contact us if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

Package not received

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the Track & Trace code indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately.

Local delivery services will start an investigation within 10 days of the specified delivery date and we will keep you informed.
